			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Leaders of eight industry cluster teams of the Davao Region meet here today to present their accomplishments since the implementation of the Davao Industry Cluster Capacity Enhancement Project (DICCEP) in 2007.</strong></p>
<p>The respective chairpersons of the teams, which represent the eight priority industries of the region ? banana, mango, coconut, seaweed, wood, eco-tourism, mining, and information and communications technology (ICT), will report about the milestones, breakthroughs, and best practices they have experienced as they carry out their priority projects. These projects are part of the capacity-building intervention of the DICCEP, being funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).</p>

<p><strong>Davao City, Bukidnon and North Cotabato are the vote-richest among Mindanao&#8217;s 25 provinces and 33 cities. </strong></p>
<p>Davao City has a voting population of 797,214, according to the Commission on Elections’ records as of March 17, 2009, followed by Bukidnon&#8217;s 658,697 and North Cotabato&#8217;s 599,197.</p>

<p>MANILA, April 13 (Reuters) &#8211; Globe Telecom Inc (GLO.PS: <a href="http://in.reuters.com/stocks/quote?symbol=GLO.PS">Quote</a>, <a href="http://in.reuters.com/stocks/companyProfile?symbol=GLO.PS">Profile</a>,<a href="http://in.reuters.com/stocks/researchReports?symbol=GLO.PS">Research</a>), the Philippines&#8217; second largest telecoms firm, plans to raise between $100 million and $150 million through a debt issue or bank loan to fund its 2011 capital outlay, an official said on Tuesday.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re looking at $100-$150 million borrowings in the second half to finance the capex of 2011,&#8221; Alberto de Larrazabal, chief financial officer at Globe, told reporters.</p>
