President Arroyo said on Tuesday night that the Philippines would observe the “standard practice” of other countries on aerial spraying of fungicides in banana plantations in Davao.The President told reporters over dinner at the Waterfront Insular Hotel that a task force, which may be comprised of international experts chosen by the stakeholders, will address the proposed aerial-spray ban in the province.
